I don’t know if this will work on the diamond shaped tip of Rare Beauty eyebrow pencils, BUT I sharpen the tips of other eyebrow pencils by ( gently) sanding down the tip across a paper towel, at an angle. Sort of like sharpening a knife. It works on other makeup pencils as well, depending on the softness of the pencil. Use light pressure or it’ll break the tip. 😅
