Hi, I'm Lisa. I work as a Sales Representative for a company that sells handmade furniture and decorations. Today, I want to share what my job is like. I've been with the company for three years. When I started, I had a three-month probation period before becoming a permanent employee. I earn $91,248 a year, which is a good salary for my position. I work about 40 hours a week, but sometimes I put in extra hours to finish projects and ensure customer satisfaction. My job is a blend of creativity and strategic planning. I meet with clients, such as interior designers and homeowners, to showcase our unique pieces and discuss how they can enhance their spaces. Whether it's a rustic dining table or handmade lamps, I enjoy helping people find items that match their style. What keeps me here is the company's commitment to quality and its core values. They offer benefits like health insurance and performance-based bonuses. It's a supportive environment where I've learned a lot about sales and design trends. My favorite part of the job is closing a big sale after working hard to persuade a client. Building relationships with clients and helping them create spaces they love is incredibly rewarding. The tough part is dealing with the disappointment when a sale doesn't go through, but that's part of the job. Overall, working in sales allows me to combine my passion for design with my love of connecting with people. It's a job where every day is different, and there's always something new to learn.
