What do you do when you're charged with a crime you didn't commit?

I watch live court cases a few times a week, some in Texas and some of them are in Michigan. If you are represented by counsel you have a better chance of getting a plea deal or outright dismissal of the charges if you have a good law firm backing you up and I can tell you there aren’t a lot of them around.
