What would be hilarious is you asking them world history and schooling them on that. A lot of people don't know that Christopher Columbus first voyage was to Africa at the age of 14 and he sailed all throughout the Mediterranean Sea, how Europe and Africa been trading with each other for a very long time, way before d1492, that Dashikis were made by the Dutch (Van Toon Manaker) that the print was inspired by the Indonesians print (after the Dutch invaded and colonizes them) and the Ethiopians tunic style garment and introduced it to Nigeria and Ghana and they adopted it into their culture. There is so much more! You can learn something new everyday!
