INTRODUCTION
The Uganda Baseball Community is an initiative by independent baseball
enthusiasts in Uganda who aim to redefine how baseball is played and
managed by facilitating the relationship between active players, officials, fans, and sponsors.
ABOUT THE UGANDA PUBLIC HOLIDAY GAMES
The Public Holiday Baseball Games are a unique series of baseball tournaments that take place on major national holidays in Uganda. These games are hosted by the Uganda Baseball Community and feature Uganda’s top baseball talents, officials, fans, and the local community, creating a crowd of over 500 people at any event.
The objective of these games is to celebrate significant national holidays in
Uganda. We also use these games to create awareness for sports in the
community, discover and nurture exceptional baseball talents, and create
advertising opportunities for local businesses.
Our well-organized tournaments cater to young adults from different regions and schools nationwide. These players are accompanied by their coaches, fans, parents, and different officials from the baseball community. Our tournaments bring the community together not just to compete but to interact and cultivate friendships and transact in business.
