Question- I heard somewhere that another core box came with updated versions and sculpts of the old core box, and… if you don’t have the new sculpts/versions, your sol as they don’t honor the old core box versions anymore. Any truth to that as that would seem unfair and uncool? And I get for the kitchen table and casual that wouldn’t be the case

Someone misinformed you. The Original Core Box still works; and while it has been discontinued, Atomic Mass Games did mention they will still produce the models from the original core set in a new product sometime in the future.

Thx for sharing! It was a little confusing calling it the starter or core box - there’s just two core boxes, right? Original core and new Earth’s Mightiest Heroes core?
