A few thoughts on posting comments: First, we moderate all comments, so if your comment doesn't appear immediately, don't fret -we just haven't read it yet. There are only two of us, and we both have other duties we must attend to, so it's not personal. If you find you are having trouble waiting, you can repeat the words "Ya Sabur" 101 times. It will help. If you write a comment and neither of us can understand what you are saying after reading it three times over, it won't get posted. All posts must be in English. We are fine with it if your English is not as good as you'd like. We'll do our best to work with you toward mutual understanding. But we need a Lingua Franca and English is it. We do not permit ad hominem posts. If you are unsure what this means, a quick Google search will illuminate you. Your comment will be deleted with prejudice. We are not interested in political comments. They won't get published. If you make an off-topic comment, it had best be amusing or illuminating. If you are making a comment in hopes of driving traffic to your channel, you ain't gonna get posted. You are, however, welcome to contact us by email and ask us to plug you. We'll look over your channel, and if we like it, we will point people to you. If you really impress us, we will invite you to be a guest and interview you. If you just have something to sell, go away.

What I love about this treasure of a channel is how it gifts immediately applicable simple (but not easy) solutions to real life personal problems that many of us face silently everyday in fear of becoming the 'blue baboon" should we voice them. This Talk was excellent beyond words. Thank you to all of you for gifting us this wisdom, light and acceptance.

[Noor] Humbled by your praise, Wael. As you know, we're just passing things on, in our own way. Yes, we're all coping with the fear of exclusion in one way or another, aren't we? At least with some good tools to keep the fear in check, we can be more at peace and more intentional in our actions. Each of us can create space for others to be included -by us- through those tools as well. :)

A most interesting talk and dialogue, much to learn from it and really useful. Once I was sited on a pew in an empty church, and after sometime it was realized that the mind was praying by itself, and watching the mind praying just happened without any effort. Is this how we move around, diriving by a crazy mind that goes by itself and we follow like sleepwalkers? Thanks ever so much for your efforts to help.

[Noor] Wild, isn't it? Great observations there! Thanks, Henry.
