Most of my videos are vague and confusing so you don’t understand the AU too early on 😆😅 The description will be kind of a spoiler but here ^^ : Izuku and Todoroki were taught to empty their minds and control their emotions when younger, because it would help better their control with their quirks. However, using this technique can also allow kind quirks to not work, for their mind and heart is “empty” so there is nothing to control. This is why both of the doctor’s quirks didn’t work on Izuku. However, Todoroki didn’t do this, and let his past be seen by the doctors. Izuku realized this because the doctors had gotten a glimpse of his past, but no through him, so it had to be Todoroki. Izuku was extremely mad about this, because he wanted to keep their past secret.
