I actually need to move countries at this point because there's no minimum wage, adequate mental health support/awareness, disability rights and financial support from the government for the disabled etc. But I have no idea how to get from here to wherever it is I'm meant to move to. I'm just so tired and lonely and so ANGRY that disabled and mentally ill people like myself are PUNISHED for not being able to be a functioning slave to corporations and the corrupt government. Pile 1 and pile 2 - I have been talking about promotion at my current workplace for last 2 years. They keep on delaying it every year due to some office politics. I will have my year end meeting this month, but everything is usually decided in Oct of last year. They did tell me in Sept they are thinking of promoting me, but then didn't do it again. Am done and setting my boundaries. Opening and talking firmly is not going to change anything for them. I did talk to them firmly in Sept, but they still didn't. My bosses actually looks down upon people who asks for raise/promotion as if they did some crime and senior management or HR doesn't care.

About the "Be Yourself" card: I never assumed to be tormented and shamed for being myself. And yet I was. It is not an assumption. As a neurodivergent person, this is a reality I am baffled by time and time again. This card triggers the heck out of me.
