A lot has changed in the last 5 years , and it's all relative to what you can afford , eagle place is one of the oldest parts of brantford and does have a bad reputation but its not as bad as some people may have you believe . I have lived in eagle place for the last two years and have never had an issue. Are you considering moving to brantford ?

I like echo place, lots of opportunities to get into the market in that neighbourhood and they are building new homes all around that area plus its further from downtown and closer to the highway
