Since pacific northwest has tons of lakes and waterways, are there smaller homes on lakes and waterways where you can enjoy the water views and good fishing?somewhere not necessarily in the areas where homes are not so close to each other, may be wooded. Somewhere ideal fir retirees who do not need to live close to job centers. If you make a video about on the water areas please do include natural risks such as flooding or forest fires along with historical track records…, Thanks for the educational videos.

Good advice. There is some lake front available. But it gets pricey. Summit Lake has always been one of my favorites. But they are kind of close together.

I move around every few years just because I like a change of pace. Currently looking to end that trend. I check out a whole lot of these real estate KZbin channels that talk about certain areas. I must say that yours is the first that I’ve actually subscribed to. Saying this…I’ll be hitting you up when I’m ready to move and buy.
