I might just take after some of your stocks. I am planning out August and essentially gathering what stocks I wanna go into for right now then spart splitting it up as they start making there own dividend up to the price they are worth themselves. currently I will hold MSTY, SPYI, and JEPQ. I am doing the 2000 a month and paying 50 per week. So hopefully this plan works

First I want to say thank you for this comment an even the support of even clicking on my video also being able to take in some information from it I do appreciate it. Just a little advise I'm glad you seen my portfolio an having so interest in some of the individual stocks that I do hold, but be sure to do at lease some research on the ones you take interest into just as a word of advise. I also like that you are taking the time and planning out how you want to take action on investing in individual stocks for August, and gathering dividend paying compounders to add to your portfolio. With your ETFs as you seen in the video I only hold just a few ETFs personally I don't think I would be adding any more to the portfolio. I really haven't done much extensive research on any other ETFs that I don't already hold, But once I start a Roth IRA my game plan is to have it be invested in only a hand full of ETS. Question, so the market seems to be very bad right now for a short minute hopefully. But like what would you do?

I personally don't thinks it that bad the market was up almost 15-20% in the start of the 3rd quarter of the year, and last year also ended at a pretty high percentage for the market. Two good years back to back something had to turn around. Its also an election year for a new president and since Biden jumped ship now it Trump vs Kamala people are just being a little hesitant on investing really in my opinion with some other little things like with company's earnings. My invest amount isn't large either, but I'm still going to try to take advantage of this dip how ever long it last also when I made my community post the market was up 13% YTD so that's not bad if the average is 8% to 10% for the S&P500. Make a story short something was bound to dip/drop and I'm just riding the wave cause I trust in my thesis of the companies I'm invested in, and that they will continue to compound and grow YOY I hope this help just a little. Not a bad idea I used to do this as well, but since I deposit $200 a month to my portfolio and saving one half of my deposit amount I felt it was better to use that money and get it working and in the future when I grow my deposit amount, then I will start holding a small percentage of cash but at the moment let’s call it I’m all in!

Consider adding more REITs to your portfolio, maybe 3/4 more. VICI is good also, I also have it in my portfolio. My portfolio is still small, will hopefully focus on improving it more soon On the platform you use, do you auto reinvest dividend payouts back into the stock?

With REITs of course I do love the high yield dividend that they pay, but they are very volatile to interest rates being up or down and right now its a little bit of a shaky situation with rates right now. They where expected to go down this year but haven't and I personally think well have to wait till next year to hear something. Some REITs that I have looked at is Stock Ticker (O) is one I possibly don't think I will add to the portfolio, but its on the table it is well diversified in the properties but some of there renters aren't the greatest company wise. One that I have had a little interest in is Stock Ticker (AMT) I've had it in my watch list but haven't did to much research on it. To make the story short the reason I haven't added any new REITs at the moment I feel (VICI) is one of the top dogs or even the best option I rather put all my money into one instead of multiple. With my Dividends that come in M1 does give you the option to auto re-invest those dividends not sure if you can chose which stock specifically, but I just let the dividends sit in cash even though I earned the dividend for that company I don't always put it back in that specific company I put the money in a investment I see that under valued or at a good valuation. NNN, VICI, O Look at the dividend history

Thanks for these recommendation on the REITs so I already hold VICI think its a great one. I've done my research on (O) and its not one I'm looking to add to the portfolio, but It could be a possibility in the future. m1 finance has a fee of $3 per month if you have less than 10k invested with them.. I was wondering if youve been charged and if you have, where do they even take the money out of?

SO with the fee if you don't have it in cash or even if your a little bit short it will sell a holding to make up the difference I had it happened once it sold 1.80$ of SPGI and I was like never again so I hold just enough for the fee. When I make my monthly investment of 200$ I may add an extra 3$ for the fee. I don't mind the fee cause the threshold amount isn't something crazy $10k I personally think is reasonable for the platform, and there running a business so I don't mind it also don't plan on changing brokerages. Last thing I also make 2.80$ per month in dividends so sooner then later Dividends will be paying something off, and that just adds to the proof of concept.
