You should have knowledge about excel, mainframe, US healthcare laws, health & welfare benefits - like Medical, dental, vision, disability insurance and other insurance. A bit of knowledge SQL, HRIS, Death Projects, Payroll, Cobra and retirement

If you're sure you want Data Analytics and not the other potential roles IT/CS/HIM may offer in general, why not just get a degree in Data Analytics? I also just heard of Certified Health Data Analyst, you qualify to take the test just by having a RHIT credential

HELP! I have a bachelor and working experience in the tourism industry but planning to shift and start studying HEALTH INFORMATICS I have no background in either IT or healthcare But I love solving problems using data and useful information.
