When the Bible becomes a joke I stop laughing! I liked the acts I'd seen until this one but because the Word of God became a joke that did it for me!! You think God laughed about Abraham and his sister??????

I just find it interesting that enough people in the audience recognized each of the examples well enough to find them funny. It's worth noting that Adam and Eve's children had children, and there was no one for them to procreate with other than their own family members. People talk about how humans have evolved, but we have actually devolved as a result of inbreeding over millennia. This is all part of God's long-term plan, as the result of sin, heading toward the end of the world. ("But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be." Matthew 24:37) I think God has a great sense of humor, although I also think we make Him weep far more often than we make Him laugh. And I believe he understands completely why we laugh at what we laugh at. Understanding doesn't equal condoning, though. IMO, it's an interesting point to ponder.

@@ResidualConfusion GOD has a sense of humor thats for certain. When a child takes its first steps, when a puppy chases his tail, and when HE blesses someone and they scream for joy shouting and running like a nut in public glorifying HIM. But theres not one joke in GOD'S WORD and every place in GOD'S WORD where someone mocked and laughed at HIM or the things if GOD they regretted it. I love to laugh but I will NOT laugh at GOD'S expense and I pity those that do.
