Thank you! I was finally able to get out and hike today. Got in 5 miles. Its not where I want to be but its a start!

When you started talking about your son Bo, and taking his ashes on The PCT, it brought to mind the movie with Martin Sheen. He takes a hike ( in Spain along the camino de santiago ) and scatters his sons ashes along the way. It is free on Amazon Prime if you have prime. Thank you for the suggestion. My friend Maureen recommended it also. It was a great movie and i could relate to a number of the hikers in the movie!
