I'm so glad I found you and your channel! I am currently 24 weeks pregnant and beginning to mentally prep more for my upcoming labor. This is my first. Thanks for sharing such great information and beautiful, raw footage of your experience.

Thank you so much for this series! 40 weeks and 1 day pregnant with my first baby and I have no idea if what I’m feeling are contractions or just cramps 🤷🏽♀️ so I’m studying this like it’s my job.

Did you have any experiences with prodomal labor? I've been struggling with it since almost 38 weeks. I ended up having to go in for theraputic rest which lightened it up again until last night (39+5). They were coming consistently again throughout the evening and night.. I took a benadryl to sleep hoping I'd wake up in active labor and nada. Feels like it stalled if it was early labor.

Great video thank you Carly! I was on early labour for days and days and unfortunately never progressed to the next stages 😢.

Yes!! The only consistency I experienced was disbelief that it was actually labor 🤣

Gosh, I wish you lived in my area! I would hire you so fast as my doula😅 We are about to have baby #2 at home. I realized after my first home birth, I wasn’t in a good mental state. I lost control fast and tensed through contractions (for 37hrs). I’ve been trying to train my brain to relax with the “Bradley Method”. P.s. Bangs look great on you! 💗💗💗
