What does FIT mean? (5 ways to use it)

This short video for English learners explains five ways to use the word FIT in English.

Hello sir How are you? Sir I saw alot of videos in which they suggested book reading... Sir but I don't have much vocabulary u know.. So whenever I start reading a book then u know there's a lot of words for which I have to search and about their meaning... But it takes tooo much time and then my mind change and I stop reading... So my question is that if I read a book aloud without meaning it'll help me in improving my English or not?? Plzzzzz answer my question.. I skip reading book because I think that it will not help me so......
