You should offer a standard full coverage package for all drivers. I just bought Progressive car insurance and I am very confused on what options to select

This company mixed up their message with my girlfriend and her car insurance policy 3 TIMES!!! Story time: My girlfriend was told that she had FULL coverage from the beginning. Her price kept increasing month after month ever since she started with progressive. A month ago she was told that she was paying so much because she had extra health insurance on her plan, (when she already had health insurance from somewhere else.) Since she already was covered health wise they told her just to send in her health insurance information and that it would be resolved to where she still had full coverage on the car but wasn't paying as much. Jump to a month later, a deer RAMS into her car! She's a little shook up about a deer totaling her car, but it can be replaced she has full coverage right? Calls progressive for her towing and 911 for the police report. Everything is going to be okay in the end right? Turns out: that when they took off the health insurance cost they also took off the Comprehensive insurance as well without telling her. Turns out: that when they sent towing it actually wasn't supposed to be covered, even after the coverage she had which we were told covered up to 15 miles of towing. Turns out: that she needs to pay for all of this out of pocket and there's nothing that we can do about it... But wait... that can't be right! This MUST be a mixup. We call progressive again the next day and after finally getting a hold of somebody they said that they are going to do an... "investigation". I finally have hope again. Progressive is going to come through for her, they must after all the thousands of dollars she spent for their full coverage policy at least! ...She gets a call from them the next day, "That was a pretty fast investigation of this whole thing!" I think to myself... TURNS OUT: That NEITHER of the first 2 employees were either telling the truth, or just competent enough to know what her actual policy stated! This time around they say that she NEVER had comprehensive insurance to begin with even before the switch to get the healthcare reduction price. But how can this be? I even remember when my girlfriend first got progressive and was shouting around repeatedly, "I got full coverage on my new car! I got full coverage on my new car!" while she was so excited to take it out for her first drive with her new car. turns out: that they can say ANYTHING they want and it won't matter anymore to them.

What does full glass mean if you have a $500 comprehensive coverage but it says I have full glass what does that mean

If you have 'comprehensive' car insurance coverage, why do you also need 'liability' car insurance?

Great question! While liability covers damages you are responsible for to the other party involved in the accident, the Comprehensive and Collision coverage would cover repairs for damages to your vehicle in the event of an accident, if you added these coverages on.
