For long introductory videos, I recommend posting time-stamps in the video description - time stamps for every topic covered. This is extremely helpful because one person might be watching this intro for one inquiry, while another viewer prioritizes another inquiry. Furthermore, many people who watch introductory videos are researching and learning about a myriad of new options, which is already time-consuming and annoying, so any extra steps in efficiency is appreciated.

This is just superb, I been tryin to find out about "email campaign examples" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Jenevi Digital Duppy - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my neighbour got excellent success with it.

Great video. Thanks for the primer. I've been trying to understand all that HubSpot can do, and this crystalized it for me. On another note, anyone on here who has an issue with appearance over substance, especially when it comes to digital marketing, is behind the times. Personally, we hire qualified individuals who perform, period. We'd work with you/your company any day. Keep up the great work, and again, thanks for the primer.

Any suggestions for handling prospective customer data? As hubspot only allows existing relationship data imports.
@smamarketing5 жыл бұрын
Great question. You can still load them into the CRM, but I think LinkedIn has some great data for prospecting. HubSpoy Sales is also a good tool for this. Bukt for sales, rather than marketing, so you don't have as many of the marketing user requirements.

if I use HubSpot CMS for web pages, do the pagez end up on my WordPress site just because I type in a URL into the CMS of HubSpot?
@smamarketing4 жыл бұрын
Not sure I fully understand the question. If you use HubSpot as your CMS, then all your website pages will be on HubSpot. WordPress is a seperate CMS and only the page you have build on WordPress will be within that CMS.

Ryan, great video. Learned a lot. How do you compare Hubspot CRM with Sales Force? Thanks.
@smamarketing7 жыл бұрын
Great question! HubSpot CRM is first off free. Is also doesn't have all customizations of SaleForce. If you have a very large team, SalesForce may make sense. But HubSpot's CRM is easy to use and has a lot of nice features for tracking emails, templating, setting up meeting and sequence automation. It's also much easy to use than SaleForce. Hope that helps!
@OtmaraDiazCooper7 жыл бұрын
FYI, HubSpot also integrates seamlessly with SalesForce with a built-in API.

I'm considering using Hubspot in a startup company where I need to budget efficiently. Does it make sense using the starter plan ?
@smamarketing6 жыл бұрын
I totally think starting with starter or FREE is a good option to get going. One thing to note, HubSpot charges based on contacts. So if you use the CRM (which is free) you can add as many contacts as you want. But if you switch over to a marketing paid version, those contacts will count. If you leverage it right, the tool will more that pay for itself in the long run.

My team, and I are starting a marketing tool that will have a Global presence. will Hubspot be able to translate for use of different languages? I am looking at about 200k visits-5m visits within the first 6-12 months. Will HubSpot be able to scale at that level? Looking into a CRM that is reliable with tracking in all the areas that you mentioned.

Hi. How do I change my Hubspot Email Integration connected inbox from Gmail Free to Gmail Suite Business. The connected Email Integrationl are now "company@gmail.com" but with Gmail Suite this is changed to "name@company.com"... So what I'm asking for is; How do I change this without loosing any of my information stored in Hubspot? (contacts, E-mails, Notes, calls... - everything need to stay safe within Hubspot so that we can keep on working as nothing was changed when we now convert to Gmail Suite. Really hope you can help. liked the content of this video, we are considering Hubspot. I am not being a di#$, lose the intro hoodie and the lip piercing, I tried to show this to our President, He stopped me after the intro strictly on perception. Hope this is helpful to you.
@smamarketing7 жыл бұрын
No offense taking. I understand perception is reality for most people. For me, substance is more important that appearance. I appreciant the feedback and will consider it. If you have any questions, let me know.

Damn bro, you need a new President ... um, that's twice I've said that today!
@danieljones49807 жыл бұрын
I actually think the appearance is appropriate in this context. HubSpot is designed with the quirky smaller business customer in mind where the marketing department is 1-5 people and its not efficient to work across several applications. Larger businesses will find it limiting though and would be more willing to invest in a stack of enterprise-grade technologies then integrate them themselves.
@naureenm40825 жыл бұрын
Rather close minded president. I think the appearance is just fine and the content is fantastic.

@@smamarketing Hey there, Can you provide a link or a short list of the tools HubSpot offers for free and what is not? I'm starting a new gig as lead sales/marketing, and we have an incredibly tiny budget, so we cannot afford to go with anything paid until we put in the work & get results down the line. It's not clear, for example, if the automation you discuss in the video is free. Thanks.
