That line you said from 15:42-15:50 is the real truth of Canada😅. Rather than cribbing about high inflation, rent etc. and blaming Canadian government one should work hard for a bright future. Sadly nowadays a lot of people especially some youtubers are just crying and blaming government, everyone wants government to do something. In reality nothing is gonna happen right now, steps taken by government today might start to make an impact a few years from now.

200% agreed with learning the skill trades. Additionally, I would recommend my people to target skill based courses rather than general business or management courses. You will definitely realise that all other professions have a certain bar and growth associated with them but a skill backed with a certification or diploma has potential to take you above $100,000 annually within a few years.

If you are Canadian and work in 1 of 63 eligible professions, you can work in USA as temporary worker via 3-yr renewable non-immigration TN-1 visa. With US job offer, you can apply for TN-1 at Canada-US border for $60. Alternatively, you can apply for H-1B visa like everyone else; H-1B visas have 65,000 annual limit.
