When you work, save your money you can live comfortably here in Greenville. Now if Someone only wants to work at McDonald’s then yeah you will struggle. You will need to get a better job to have a good quality of life which is easy here.

That car tax and fee is ridiculous. Paying tax on a car that you’ve already paid taxes on? That really rubbed me the wrong way. But when in Rome. 🤷🏽‍♂️ You gotta drive

When someone claims that their earnings can't afford them a comfortable living, that IS an indictment on the cost of living

So, it was honestly really interesting. The people who said they couldn’t afford life were people who worked in the service industry. :/ I wish we could have shown the full conversations with some of these people cause it was fascinating, if not sad in some circumstances. One took care of the elderly, and another served tables that said it was too expensive for them to live here.

I want to buy a home here. My wife and i have enough for a downpayment for a home in our price range. My question for you is how long would i have to work in the area before i could get a conventional loan? We both have good credit. I'd really prefer not to rent an apartment. Thanks!

Omg here in Long Island New York a 1 bedroom apartment in somebody’s second floor is around 2000 a month 🤦🏻‍♀️ nice new studio apartments are 3k and up so I am contemplating going south if I get a transfer within my company. Love seeing your videos.
