I dreamed this morning I was supposed to be catching up with my partner. I saw a man and he said something happened to Michael. I felt instant anxiety and panic. I felt he was killed, but I didn't know how I was then in a police station to find out how. A close friend was there with me. The police put us in a room with a table and lots of other people in the room. I never actually saw Michael in this dream. My friend was trying to keep me calm. I was frustrated, and remember thinking "WTF, tell me what happened!" They kept telling me to hold on. I felt so anxious and upset. Then, I could feel another aspect of myself right behind me, but I couldn't see. I heard my voice say "wake up, you're dreaming, open your eyes!" I said this over and over. I finally opened my eyes but felt very groggy. I closed my eyes and was right back in the dream. I felt here and there for a minute. I finally became fully awake. I felt very anxious for a few minutes, but I know that it's really not a physical death. But it was not a pleasant dream. I feel like this was a lucid dream, which I can't recall having before. I'm a very active dreamer though. But I knew in this dream I was dreaming and told myself to wake up. Let me know what you think!
