What does it really mean to blaspheme against the Holy Spirit?

I said “the Holy Spirit is not real” and afterward I heard “I’ve departed” I haven’t felt the presence of God since, have I blasphemed God and made Him leave me?

There is a group of people who publicly claim to respect Jesus but privately call the Holy Ghost dirty and that Satan is His father. Would you say such people are unforgivable?
