canada knows cold and its weather those patrol ships are wicked ice breakers, plus they can add watever weapons they need in the future

GOVERNMENT needs production' of these ships on a continental basis. As the older ships retires a new one is launched.They have the expertise,this would cost taxpayers less money and create jobs
