My son was an infant when Phineas and Ferb was popular and he LOVED the opening song. There was once a 2 hour road trip when we just had to keep playing the song on repeat or he would scream. im not sure if dan will see any of these comments but i have almost every phineas and ferb song on my everyday playlist and i can sing them all word for word. the songs are so good im able to relate them to my life still as a 21 year old. carpe diem has such a great message, and i love quoting the words from "busted" when im talking about exposing ANYBODY i just love how broad, but also specific the songs are and i didnt know dan created them all!!! phineas and ferb was a huge moment for me and my brothers. it was a way for us to bond, there was such a big age gap between us and it was THE ONLY show that we had in common and could both enjoy.

Only reason I don't have a criminal record right now is because 1 teacher of 35-40 teachers I have had in my whole life said, "You know, kid. you will do alright in life." I was on a verge of making a decision that would have lead down a criminal path real quick. That day I decided to stop, even if it meant that I would be restlessly bullied for losing my protection. Somehow, her word made me want to go straight. 17 years later... I have a decent life. It would have been worse but I just wanted to prove her right for putting faith in me when no one did.
