I'm thinking late this year. At the game awards Reggie said all of the DLC would be between December 2018 and February 2020. So I'm thinking some of the fighters will be released late this year, and then early next year in February. I mean they said Piranha Plant would be released in February but he came on January 29th, just slightly earlier than expected. So it could be the same with the DLC depending on the circumstances and how hard they work.
