A high-risk HPV result without differentiation… What is meaning of without differentiation? Is like the cell on cervix not change but have hpv ??

Thank you! I have recurrent early miscarriage and my doctor asked for pap smear test on the 7th day of period, result was abnormal and hpv is Negative, she insist me to do a colposcopy!! What would you pls advice me?? Shall i repeat the pap smear again?? Because i had 2 early miscarriage in a row
