Stunning cover/tribute from Tommy of a classic, stunning song (credit to Paul Simon for writing it! Absolutely love Simon and Garfunkel) - the range (obviously!) and versatility in Tommys voice is always what impresses me the most; Obviously fans know he has an insane high register (see also the cover he released earlier today!), but he also has a beautiful, powerful low register that i dont think he gets enough credit for. A beautiful tribute to his friend. Definitely check out Tommys Gary Moore covers, especially Empty Rooms and Thunder Rising...you can tell how big a fan Tommy is! His guitar playing on those songs is exceptional :) Despite basically being an 80s metalhead living in the wrong decade, Tommy has also done a number of pop cover songs (with his own rock/metal twist) which are also worth checking out - including a Taylor Swift cover, which may be the only time ive liked a Taylor Swift song!

l love tommy's voice and his vocal range be mad crazy he also plays multipul instruments guitar,keyboard/piano,bass,drums and flute he also be a wicked funny and a pretty fella ya should chesck out his one octave up rendition of you raise me up

Oh man you picked one of Tommy's most emotional covers. I hear the first notes and my tears are rolling. When Tommy stays low it vibrates, his range is crazy. I heard 3 octaves...it must be more, I would say 4 octaves for sure. This song comes so much from his heart. You can feel his pain of loosing his friend. I hope you show him his high range too, because that is insane. Maybe you should show him Tommy's you raise me up one octave challenge....that would round things up

Grew up on S&G. First record ever bought in my life Bridge Over Troubled Water. Obvious which is nr 1 to me , but Tommy certainly does it full justice and is is a very close top for me.

I also love his lower register . He unfortunately seems to prioritize the higher registers most of the time( the whole power metal thing). So I’m so happy when he does utilize the lower part of his voice. Don’t get me wrong the higher parts are AMAZING but when both are present it’s magical. One example of really high vocals is his latest cover “Tell no tales” by TNT. Talk about getting hit hard both in tempo, vocals and guitar solo 😝🤣☀️ You should definitely check it out ( reaction or no reaction .. it’s just that good .. and if you haven’t checked “The light” out yet do that too 😉)

Hard to believe that, with a voice like that, Tommy is a guitarist in Sabaton, and not on full time vocals. Not that Joakim isn't up to the task. Tommy is so versatile, and multi-talented, he's the Glen Campbell of rock. I would put this right up there with David Draiman's version.
