Yes, it makes you speechless. You can feel that vibration where you are free. That is the freedom, the release, the cleansing effect where you feel the healing. It's so rejuvenating and a real connection with yourself. But it is the state which cannot be retained for long unless you become so mindful and meditative.

I experienced this when I came out of a meditation. For me the key was self love. Everything fell into place. Tears of happiness, laughing about everything I've ever worried about. No more fears. This state lasted a day, after which the ego came into play again

My thoughts slowed and disappeared,my body had no sensation other than buzzing aliveness I no longer felt like a body ,just pure energy . I looked deep within . I asked for the Grace of God What am I ..what am I …who am I …. where am I .. ! I…. I ….I…. I looked for the location of I and couldn’t find myself anywhere in my body . Not in my head ..not in my heart …. Not behind …not in front ? There was an expansive feeling and when I opened my eyes and looked out onto the landscape of stark trees and green field ,the play of the light on the branches . The energy was becoming even more intense and I realised I was out there ,then I realised I was not just out in the Welsh landscape I was EVERYWHERE !It was EVERYWHERE but there were not 2 only ONE . I was so stunned all I could verbalise was EVERYWHERE ! I was shouting EVERYWHERE …EVERYWHERE…’ITS EVERYWHERE”! I was EVERYWHERE one with my BELOVED My beloved and I are ONE everywhere ,everything all the time ! Just one giant explosion of is;ness arising observing itself . At this point the energy was running through my body like it had been plugged into the mains ! I was awestruck,shocked ….. For all my life I’ve searched for my Beloved ,longed for Him ,only to find He is literally everywhere in oneness with what I am . I laughed and laughed at the obvious absurdity of looking for something that has been right there everywhere ,everything always . There is nowhere it isn’t !……..it is ONE GIGANTIC SACRED EVERYWHERENESS !

i have not experienced enlightenment or something but i did experience thoughtlessness for a minute while seeing objects around in my room and in that 1 minute only some tremendous energy started rising within me and i felt as though my consciousness is expanding into the entire room, i wonder living in present moment for a minute only made so much bursts of energy within me so how much joyful an enlightened person lives bcz he lives in present till eternity

Enlightenment isn't a stage to be reached. It's a realization of what you've already been. Afterward, you just have to live out your life to its completion. Simple as that. If you must preach, do so by action and example. Meditate on this. Language and interpretation only serve to obstruct and conceal with turbulent winds, the harmony of one's breath, and the silence in one's mind.

This has been my experience as far as words can describe it, yet it’s not a constant “state” or recognition as of yet. It seems to come and go, though it does intensify over time. I will also say that another characteristic of it for me is a literal feeling of sweetness, and taste of honey. Very difficult to describe. The more I plunge into the mundane (like washing dishes, for instance), the more this sweetness envelops me. It’s insanely palpable and natural.
