Right before I began listening to pile 3, I was listening to my mind go off about how disappointed and therefore angry this part of me was about something that wasn’t personal to me. A friend offered a support to me, now getting that support secured is going to take more time than we originally discussed. It’s totally valid that I’m disappointed. I really need the thing ASAP. I’m also very aware that I could definitely grow in my ability to hold space for my own emotions before sharing that disappointment with others.
