I think it would be better to address National problems against the government not basically on an individual. The name Museveni must not be a subject of the matter. It should be about the alternative options and policies you come with on board

PatrickAyebazibwe-bq4zn the name of Museveni cannot be left the same way he could not leave the name of late Dr. Obote when he was in the bush. He fought his five years war in Luwero against UPC, UNLA, Northerners shouting the name of late Dr Obote. So long as Museveni is gluiing himself in power, nobody will leave his name. Only those who are benefitting from the regime are the one who will tell us to leave Museveni alone and talk about alternative, or national issues. Time will come when the time for change cannot be stopped and it will happen.
