So of course after screen testing, the executives of Paramount Pictures greenlit this feature to Silver Cinemas following success of the first-two Rugrats movies, however; two of the biggest issues i have with this 2002 film is it came out the same month as Lilo & Stitch and the budget cost being low as $4 million.
