So I had a rather short phase of maybe 6 to 9 months of this embarrassing condition back in highschool. I realized that it was due to the fact that I was taking in too much choline from eating too many multivitamins a day. I cured this through prayer to Yah and activated charcoal supplements, but it may not work for everyone since mine was not inherited, rather due to my vitamin overuse. However, do NOT lose hope.

@@joebhoy1383 hi Joe, I've recently been using lactoferrin, different food sources of probiotic, and making 'smoothies' with lots of greens, ginger, cucumber& celery. I went grain free primarily and vegan and drastically cut sugar., but making sure I get protein. With the lactoferrin I take myrhh gum as I believe it's a bacteria overgrowth. I make sure to eat things to feed the healthy bacteria. May love and light speed.

yeah, the pineapple has an enzyme called "bro...some shit", it's supposed to aid in digestion. If you ever bought any digestive enzyme capsules, usually that stuff would be in the ingredients.

You can try Oregano tea and or tea with parsley just remember that you have to turn off the kettle when the water starts boiling and let the herbs 🌿 soak with the black tea plus black tea works best God be with you all.

You can try cheap remedies such as kefir black tea with oregano 🌿 or black tea with parsley just turn of the kettle when the water starts boiling and also let the herbs soak with the tea for a while also black tea works best. Just wanna say that if you use parsley use s few springs. And Oregano i heard that it can also kill friendly bacteria so try at your own risk.
