This is not enough, we have to be part of design discussion for new product. Provide your expertise in identifying the glitches or the gaps in the UI design , db, infra, user base coverage. Even if you have 10 projects, we have to give importance to certain high priority, complexity and high value project do have more visibility. Let me know, if you are in same resonance

I am not a QA Manager, but I'd think every role has slightly different responsibilities in different companies. I'd think this video is doing a great job in giving a very good idea of what a QA Manager does.
