The abilities pro players use in detail if you don't want to watch the video: ( Most of these aren't explained in the video ) Spacing: This is when pro players use their distance from their opponent to their advantage, and can normally perfectly land a side dash hook or counter their moves, which can help increase your chances in a fight as you might be able to land the first hit. This is hard to master though as your opponent is always constantly moving and measuring your side dashes are quite difficult on a moving target. Evasive baiting: This is used when pro players pretend to do a combo on their opponent, and force them to waste their evasive for a chance to get a good combo in. This is a bit risky as pro players mostly know how to use their evasive wisely and still be able to punish you if you approach too close to them, so try and m1 punish them if you use this. Adaptation and Unpredictability: Pro players normally can adapt to another one's playstyle after a few rounds, analysing their playstyle and their usual combos, countering and seeing through their every move. This is where Unpredictability comes in. This is where your playstyle is versatile, with each of your combos being different but still effective, which can help in a fight if your playstyle is different considering how much your hp is at. Normally when you are full or over 60 percent hp you are aggressive, always striking at any given moment but also being aware of your opponents movement, attacking when any weakness is given for your chance to attack. When you are under this you start playing passive. You are more careful with your opponent and try to predict their attacks so you can equalise the score, while also keeping track of your hp.

16:16 this is what i call a roll cancel You can do this on any move that rolls you and doesnt stun before; shove, uppercut, forward dash, ignition burst both hits, blitz shot blocked, scatter and explosive shuriken, etc By initiating a dash you gain frames where you are immune to rolling, cancelling your rolling if you enter such a state Uppercut actually sends you into a roll many times; when your hit by it, when your going up, and when your close to landing. By fashing right before any of these moments you can ‘double ragdoll’, a tech looked down on by pro players and considered cheating because they dont understand it and it heavily affects saitama but not garou You can ‘double rc’ forward dash extend though it stuns you for a second after Seriously shouldnt be banned tho its a cool tech that makes alot of gameplay alot more balanced and mitigates the power of combos ..except for tatsumaki-

There are some useful techs with high ping like tge instant downslam bur I think it works on low too. The bad thing with high ping players is that they won't become super good due to it. I'm playing mostly at 70-90 ping and the best players I know can play at 120 pong like normal. 155 ping or more (excluding 180+) is a kinda playable ping
