They can tell you exactly what numbers those are. Simply by following the clear pattern of elements. It’s very reliable. The problem is. The higher the number the less stable generally. That’s why the higher numbers have yet to be “observed” they dissipate so quickly. Element 115 as described by lazar was stable. Element 115 as described by science as we know it. Is not stable. I want to believe we have alein technology as much as the next person but Its hard to with so many nuts. I'm honestly 50/50 on Bob stories, like the more I learn the more it seems plausible but there are limits to what we are being able to do nowadays which makes it harder to believe. One thing I will say is that a lot of what he describes seems to make sense from a technological progression point of view but at the same time we are capping out on things we can do such with computers. If quantum science doesnt lead to huge jump in thinking and technology we are going to be stuck in this solar system.
