What gear do I wear? How to stay SAFE on your bike! | MotoVlog

Hi, I am a 13-year-old girl who wants to get a bike so bad. After everything I have seen on the road, I am going to wear my gear even if it is 121 degrees out, I still will wear it, lol! I have learned NEVER EVER wear shorts, NEVER not wear a helmet, and NEVER wear open-toed shoes :)

Ever line my boot lace wrapped itself around the gear selector and I went splat stopping at a red light unable to put my foot down, I won’t wear laces on a bike. Tied to the bike with it on top of me my foot tied to the shifter, I had to lay there sprawled out on the street until someone came to ask if I was ok. I was fine thanks to my elbow/hip armour. But I needed them to lift the bike off me

hey wassup, i started riding an electric scooter cause i saw it on ebay(not one of those you stand on its a mangosteen m1 looks like a chopper and goes 45 kph/28mph). got a motorcycle helmet and leather jacket second hand. think i will get motorcycle boots and gloves next before starting my license next summer. really looking forward to it. also i have a question mate are your sideview mirrors super tiny or does it just look that way? can you see anything in them? i struggle with adjusting mine so i can see more than my arms but that might be because of the shape of my handlebars and bike. cheers

Sweet! Electric scooters are a great place to start! The mirrors are very small 😬 I’ve gotten used to them at this point so they get the job done!

I dont know why I have trouble trusting NBT cuz of all the paid promoters I see everywhere. For me I would go RST Aramid Pro jeans at a similar price point, I have crashed in them and slid some bit, and the RST jeans performed great.

I’ve heard that before but I’ve seen a lot of reviews of people actually going down in them and they seem to get the job done!
