I just want to give a little testimony ..I have had a very painful chronic illness for 34 years and yesterday was one of my worst days ever. I was in the bathtub for 2 hours crying (more like screaming) yelling at God “where are You??” I genuinely kept having the urge to go underwater and breathe in just wanting to end the pain. For the past 3 years I have been diligently seeking the Lord after decades of being mostly lukewarm. I am learning to more fully trust Him and I am in the word daily. So in the bathtub I started yelling out every scripture I could think of and starting thanking God and telling Him I know You are with me because You said “I will never leave you or forsake you.” I told the devil to shut up and take off and after 2 hours of this very real spiritual battle I came out KNOWING that whom the Son sets free is free indeed. Many days are not easy but God is always always faithful. Anyone who is struggling like this- don’t ever give up! ❤

I have started writing my testimony book literally while listening to your video. 10 years after God instantly freed me from a crippling cocaine addiction.He took everything away from me. He saved me from 2 severe overdoses. I got out with my life and my daughters life, who was 2 at the time. We moved to another city. Didnt even have a matress to sleep on. 45min after arriving, a mattress was given to me by someone i didnt know. cold turkey after 6 years of addiction. not a single craving. had a sinus infection for 3 months but never craved more, ever again. This was perfect for me. Im 70, l9st everything but thst is alright..bc it turned me to God completely. I didnt trust God or really understand Grace. I could say so much but I am just learning now finally to trust Him. He loves us and does not give up on us..even when we reject Him out of childhood abuse, rejection, works based Christians etc. He is always there. Grace is amazing and His Grace is greater than our sin. I wasted decades not really knowing I could trust His Love..we will sin after becoming born again..but we strive for progress not perfection. Man, Brother Troy, I can’t even count how many of your videos the Lord has used to speak directly to me and my husband using your videos delivering His message to us. It’s been too many to count now. This video was another one. I used to hear the Holy Spirit audibly in my mind but a couple months ago the Lord found it good to remove that from me for some reason so I am in a season where I believe in learning how to hear from the Father through other ways and you’ve been one of those primary ways. I can feel His presence still and didn’t lose the Holy Spirit, I just lost His audible voice for a season (I believe I will get His beautiful voice back soon). You really are a true man of God. What l find so important in film production, is that when the camera focuses on the one/s listening, you can still hear what is being said, but now you can really focus on what type of impact the words are having on the listener. I was watching this today and you were saying some really good stuff about surrender and everything. I have a hard time with it. Anyway, all the sudden out of the blue you said something about, you know who you are and should continue to write your testimony or something to that effect and then went right back to your subject. That really threw me for a loop. I don't know if it was for me for sure, but I have been writing a blog about what i've learned since I came back to Christianity and have kind of stalled in it, procrastinating and distracted as I often get. I've felt like God wants me to write this. I know why people are so attracted to new age because I was one of them. I had slowly left christianity until I really wasn't a Christian anymore and then suddenly one day the holy spirit called me back. Almost overnight I dropped my new age beliefs and started reading the bible. Thank you for what you do. I may not agree with everything you say but I do feel the Lord is working in you.
