It's okay to talk about women's bodily functions. People need to be more aware of these things. I have premenstrual dysphoric disorder. It's considered a disability. Shouldn't be stigmatized. I know how to control it better by not listening to weird anxious thoughts cause I know it will pass when I get my period. Mj also helps along w medicine and vitamins.

Funny story about shlongs where they dont belong: I once got a figurine as a gift. It was a super cool fantastical fairy sitting on a horse… that was anatomically correct everywhere. When women get into their late 30s pre-menopause starts. It is PMS on steroids! Your periods become irregular so there is no tracking them. Hormones all over the place. (I believe you can take birth control to help regulate but I don’t believe in taking medications) Best of luck ladies. A gyn told me the average age of menopause is 51/52. To be past it you must go without a period for 12 months straight..idk as I have a while yet.

This will be a long story I'm pile A . I met a guy this year, he was out of a relationship for 5 or 6 months. We weren't supposed to like each other but we ended up falling hard . We dated for 30 days was very close , the chemistry /sex was amazing. He started to have financial issues I started to see him get distance and than he blindsided me telling he was going back to his ex-wife for the sake of the kids. They have young children . He went back and blocked me. As if I didn't exist . During the time we were dating he felt like I was out of his league . His ex-wife started to stalk my social media and we ended up talking to each other long story short I exposed everything about him and I even though they weren't together when we were talking. They only lasted 2 months after he left me before he didn't want to be with her, he couldn't do it anymore . Him and I had some words he blamed me for telling her about all the intimate things him we did. Even tho he mislead and blindsided me he wanted me to keep my mouth shut ( wasn't going to happen) we found out through him and I having small talk how much of a manipulator and liar his ex-wife was. His friend wants us to get back together. But he's been standoff with me. I decided to no longer be present around him . I have a reading in my family that said it's getting worried from not seeing me, and that he made a huge mistake for going back to her and he feels guilty even though he pushing blame on me. He hasn't seen me for a little over a month . He wanted me to keep sweating him . ...I didn't blame him for wanting to try to make his family work because we had only knew each other for 34 days and that's his ex-wife of 22 years. How ever my family reader told me he's worried that I'm going to be with someone else, and he sees a feature with me etc.etc. so this is stop on. My emotions were all over the place when he blindsided me as we had talk about the situation and he denied wanting to go back. It took 2 months of hardache to get passed it. And he even gave her proposal 3 weeks after getting back with her because she wanted to get married. Now he's single . It's been 6 months and I took back my power about a month and a half ago . So he did have unresolved situation with his ex , and now he probably can't stop thinking about me , because he found out she was no good
