Nice review. As a former caddie, I’d like to say that the hybrids (though awesome with the 14 way dividers) are not necessarily best for most golfers. Carry bags with 4 or 5 dividers like the Ping Hoofer are more versatile than they used to be. They’re lighter, durable, have cart straps, have tons of storage, are cheaper, and are easier to travel with and store. Unless the 14 way divider is a must have, most modern golfers should rock carry bags.

Just bought an OGIO hybrid bag, and it’s been great! Super high quality, 14-way full-length divider, place for the cart strap, cooler pocket, etc. It really seems like the best “all-around” bag out there, at least for me. Great overview!

Most bags fit a push cart, just depends on what you want to lug around on the trolley. I think the best would be a 14 way Hybrid Bag.

Sun mountain all day and everyday. Plus besides the outstanding high quality, it’s a neutral bag, you can put any brand of clubs in the bag. My C130 still looks great for a 7 year old bag.

Ogio may have some options that may be slightly cheaper. A lot of good used bags you can find on eBay or other marketplaces as well.

Nice review but What about a category of golf bags for push carts? There are specific differences between a stand bag (no need for stands w/push cart) and a “push cart” bag. I guess you could lump in push cart bags with stand bags or even cart bags but there are specific needs for all three. Nice job. Keep up the great work

It's all about glam in Asia. Staff bags are leather and look expensive. That's why XXIO are super popular in Japan, their club weights look like precious gems, but they are very uncommon in the west.

On a budget, we would have to say Hobble Creek, Cedar Hills, Sky Mountain, South Mountain, Gladstan, and The Ranches (our home course). There are a lot of good courses in Utah that are very budget friendly. Most of the expensive ones are in Southern Utah and Park City.

As someone that likes to walk, you have to treat a golf bag like a hiking pack. The more space it has the more you will be tempted to fill it up. Ounce make pounds, and pounds make pain.

Oh guys I hate to contradict but you missed a couple things. First Sun Mountain is the pinnacle. If they would pad the floor ( ie; the bottom inside) of the bag like Titleist (such a fantastic concept) they would be hands down the champ. They also manufacture push carts and umbrellas. You also forgot to mention on Sun Mountain cart bags they have 2 Velcro straps up top in the back whereas you don’t even need the strap that is on the cart that goes around the bag (genius) concept. Sun Mountain is the most innovative and well thought out bag company PERIOD.
