Just a personal tidbit about them (Pat and Amy) coming through when they mess up : had an order about 2-3 years ago that went dead for about a week, mailed them a few times and got the answer > they shipped it to another random dude instead. So they waited for that dude to send it back, re-labeled and re-shipped it to me BUT included a free new MG 00 Qan[T] Full Saber that just came out as compensation ...... They warned me I'd get something for my troubles, was not expecting a ~100$ MG kit though :D

I think marking the kits that are for private warehouse, like with a sticker with the name of the customer is a good idea, since you keep them along with the rest of the other non-private warehouse kits. This may help you to keep track of them if they ever get damaged and maybe limit your private warehouse to 10 kits at most to be a good idea as well.

You should get a gpro chest rig so you can keep both hands free for faster picking and secondly get a barcode reader. You can set them up in different modes (scan product in, checking out for shipping, and damage). Once you dock to the station it updates your inventory sheet. It's an extra step but worth inventory tracking.

I think it would be a good idea to limit how long a private warehouse can be kept to avoid times like missing kits for whatever reason. They might have forgotten about the order(s) especially if they haven’t bought from you in a long time

You make an order, but it doesn't ship until you request it. For example. You might order a HG rx-78 but a new model kit is coming out next month. Instead of paying twice for shipping, you can put your first item in "private warehouse" and then both sent together once the mg you are waiting for, releases

But he’s in business to make money and since they receive a lot of damaged kits, I’m sure he’d want to keep the losses down and not just take kits for himself. He probably does help himself, but only on good months when they’ve made profit. Just my two cents.

Thats not even mentioning the card fraud . You should call your local pd and or the pd in the city the theif is having the stuff shipped to

It's still worth reporting. Chances are that this scammer is also a scalper. I don't see any other reason the guy would buy so many PGs. Scalping has been on the rise during the pandemic. We've seen it with PS5s and Xbox Series Xs, Amiibos, trading cards (sports, Yugioh, Pokemon, Magic, etc.), and looks like they're trying to get into Gunpla now even though it's still a niche market in the western sphere.

Gundam has always had a problem with scalpers and scammers the pandemic made the problem grow and worse doesn't help when the kits they resale are the p bandia or limited edition kits.

The UK government has a tendency to make promises but go no further than the announcement (unless it's very serious and causing lots of problems, like loot boxes). Best example, aside from scalpers, I can think of is a couple years ago after Steam had a game on it that had some VERY offensive objectives that caught the eyes of the BBC and multiple other news outlines, and the government said they were going to look for ways to regulate Steam since they keep having offensive games popping up. Jim Sterling made a video about it, titled 'Screw Steam'.

The other issue here are we do have people willing to pay those prices or in loot boxes cases a company targeting kids knowing exactly what they are doing government takes time to deal with any problem but I think a better fix is of the customer start taking some type of action about scalpers

Guys and gals. This is a 100% unsolicited post. I have been searching for decent sprue holders for years now and have literally been through dozens; all were disappointing. Some beyond description, others just somewhat useless. All needed vast improvement and I have finally found the sprue holder we have all wanted; on Etsy. A seller named Brian, has a shop called LiddellLaserCutting and has engineered the best sprue holder I have ever seen or could ever have imagined. I simply wanted to pass this on to the community as I have spent countless hours in near misery wishing there was a good answer for the sprue issue. This is it. The be all end all. I literally could not imagine a better designed sprue holder and it checks every box Gundam builders need.. It literally is perfect. It is the Godhand Ultimate Nipper of Sprue racks.. That is the only way I could think to relate how much better this sprue rack is then any other I have ever seen/owned.
