Great video 👍I used to work up there in the castle and the hotel Julians father was called the captain they were very nice people. The hotels new residents are refugees now and all sorts going on up there so I’ve heard.

You are not pronouncing the name of Howth as recognised by locals and longtime residents of the peninsula

Sorry for the late reply and sorry about that. I do try to get the right pronunciation. I would love to have someone I could ask when I find names I don't know. How would I pronounce Howth? I appreciate you pointing it out. I want to improve and get things right so any help is appreciated.

I dont want to be that guy but Howth is pronounced - Hoat rhymes with Boat, the Boat in Howth

@@MyViewsOfTheWorld Great video I live about 3 minutes walk from the castle…all sold off now old Christopher st Lawrence died 2 months ago so it’s all going to change

I appreciate that you liked the video. I am so sorry to hear Christopher has passed. I had hoped to meet him and maybe interview him. I am sad that it was all sold off. There is so much history there, I feel I need to help preserve it.
