I think that the narrator has a thing for Shaun, she glossed over how he endlessly threatened the Kelly both legally and physically. The only reason Andy even showed up is because Shaun threatened to attack Chris Kelly. This was caught on camera many, MANY times. Bottom line; Shaun is a bully buy met a tougher bully in Andy Kelly. Shaun never knocked Andy down, but Andy took Shaun took the ground twice, plus he shoved him in the water. SHAUN WAS IN THE WRONG.

Kris Kelly openly admitted to following Shawn around which is pretty cheap. It just shows Kris wanted the big gold but didn’t actually want to legitimately work to find it, Shawn helped out just about every member on the show but the fact is he refused to put up with the Kelly’s BS. Andy was so tough he hid behind Kris once he realized Shawn kept coming back for more, yeah Andy shoved Shawn down and pushed him into the water but Shawn made Andy bleed.

I agree with Shaun, the Kellys bought a huge dredge operation, but it does not give them a right to work ground or follow all Shauns dredge taking the spoils of his countless hrs. Prospecting! Andy should be taking off the water until he learns not to poach and keep his hands to himself(sucker puncher), the whole family needs to learn to respect fellow miners! Sad when the whole family gloat when they "ripoff" other hard working miners! Someday their children can watch their pathetic thieves family steal from yet another hard working family! Sad when their proud of themselves, great example you have set Brad, the 3 of you should be in jail, not T.V.!
