I'm a sports photographer that covers 125 events a year. I watch zero ball sports. But, I love keeping up with Nascar. I used to race sailplanes and there is so much cross over. Two to five hours in the cockpit, keeping your mistakes to a minimum, flying efficiently, having a well prepped plane, never spending too much time getting gas (thermalling), the course changing by the minute...even the bugs on the wings equal tire fall off. There are the short game and long game pilots. The ones that fly by the seat of their pants and the analytical ones. I enjoy seeing the parallels between the sports. This is my favorite show of the few that I watch each week. The insight from Denny feeds my enjoyment of car racing. Happy Birthday Jared!

Dirty Mo Media podcasts are much better than the races themselves. Without these podcasts each week to create interest, I wouldn't watch the races. Thanks Denny. Wasn't a fan, but I have become one. I respect that you don't have a filter on your mouth. It's nice to get a true perspective from one of the top drivers in the sport.

Denny as this is my first season watching any Nascar races, I have to say you do an amazing job at describing what the drivers are thinking during these high paced situations. I myself can visualize and piece together what you’re saying and it has made me an even bigger fan since I feel i’m able to understand why cars do certain things either mechanically or bc the driver had a certain idea in mind. Thanks for this podcast and good luck at Indy!!

Denny, I picked you to win and since I was working, I got home to see that Blaney had pulled it out. Corey's move on Kyle was a complete take out, period, despite what NASCAR says. He turned him and I feel bad for Kyle. He can't catch a break. It seems that #8 is cursed, so, I think it belongs back with Dale Jr. Us Caitlin Clark Fans will get to see the #4 Josh Berry Ford with her on the hood at Indianapolis, which is a surprise. Bubba probably will be mad about the Indiana Fever WNBA frontrunner for ROTY on a Cup Car and not Angel Reese. But, maybe he can get her on his hood this year.

A good rule change would be having the winner of the stage lead the following restart. Currently you gotta choose between a playoff point or possibly taking yourself out of a chance to win the race. The stages especially feel worthless when some guy running 5th wins it because he didn't short pit. Make the stages matter! If you get a playoff point and the lead back after pitstops, people will fight for them.
