Aap sy aik question tha; if you can answer plz...meri eyesight boht weak ho gai hai i.e. -5 & -12...meri Retinal Detachment RD surgery bhe hui thi left eye ki 2k15 mai..lekin abhe tuk blur vision hai left ka means unclear...right eye py dependent hn...kuch lazers bhe hue dono eyes k like refractive surgery of right eye glasses ka number kum krny k liye...according to PIMS Doc (from Opthalmology Dept.) i don't fall in disable or Visually impaired category...i just wanted to know k CSS/PMS mai agay ja k mjhay medical mai koi problem tw nhe hoga in the form of rejection...esp. mai FSP join krna chahta hn future mai, in Sha'ALLAH..really passionated to get allocated in my dream group...mjhay koi issue tw nhe hoga medically incase mai written aur interview qualify kr bhe jaun tw ?? I've been preparing since 2018...CE'21 mai 1st attempt di thi..unfortunately got unsuccessful...now, going for my 2nd attempt in CE '25 God willing...i'm a Govt. Teacher ! Prayers n blessings.. 😊

Mam, as you said, the panel asked you an unconventional question related to Political Science. Cannot we answer this question by referring to the philosophy of "Francis Fukuyama"? He said that the countries who adopted democracy directly, e.g., Africa, without "State Building" are failed states, but those countries who initially did "State building" and then they adopted Democracy are more successful such as Germany and France. He also gave the concept of "Political Decay" in his famous book "Political Order and Political Decay" which can also be the relevant answer. What do you think, mam? 😊
