I think she really loved presenting the jewelry. The sparklier, the better. Didn't see so much of her, my jewelry tastes are more earthy. I own lots ot earthy QVC jewelry! Most of my kitchen and bedding is from QVC. The best quality! Appliances, furniture pieces, lamps. Some clothing, too. Plus you learn how to use the stuff you buy. I've pretty much left TV shopping. I check HSN for shoe clearance and Shop NBC, or whatever it's called now for clothing clearance. Been a while tho.

I never watched Antonella on QVC but I found her a year or so ago through a KZbin channel I watch selling JTV and Silpada. Fell in love with her and don’t ever miss watching her every Friday and Saturday night. I love jewelry and JTV has the best with the best prices. Antonella has taught me so much about jewelry by explaining every important details. I knew she went through a terrible time with breast cancer but didn’t know about all the hard details. Shortly before Antonella was let go, she prepared this huge dinner with a lot of different, delicious entrees. Antonella was on with Shawn, Shawn was invited to Antonella’s home for this lovely dinner, however, Shawn was a no show, without calling or notifying Antonella she would not be there. Shawn was fumbling for an excuse on air!!! Several times on air, I’ve heard people say Antonella is a fabulous cook and always puts out a huge spread, always. One of the reasons I don’t like Shawn, she’s self absorbed.

Thanks for this video. I accidentally found her in my recommended KZbin videos, so I was aware of her cancer struggle, but not the financial things. Going way back, another former host I'd like to hear about is Jeff Hewson ("Thank you for the Jeffrey"). All the forums don't seem to have much on him besides people who claim to know him and have different stories as to what happened to him.

Wow seemed like a dream job to go from medical tech to QVC host. Have to be a strong person to walk away from a mansion to live on a boat. She & her husband seem like the lyrics to the Cher & Sonny song, "I've got you babe". I liked her as a QVC host too. So many of the good ones aren't on the show anymore. I rarely watch & don't shop with them unless it is something unique, they sell around Christmas time.

You should do a video of all the QVC hosts and their homes. You can google and find them really easy. Antonella had a large beautiful home but not the largest of the bunch. They all pretty much all have million dollar homes. You would be surprised who has one of the largest. I recently read one of the top hosts in worth 10 million and makes 500,000 a year from QVC.

I never cared for her as a host. She wasn’t polished at all and all over the place and said the most inappropriate things like asking legend fashion designer bob mackie if he ever wore his clothes. He was so taken back and insulted and instead of apologizing she continued on the same track. It was painful to watch. And the way she disclosed her whole life to the public was wrong. She continues to draw people in with her being a poor victim of QVC. She lived far beyond her means ,living in an extravagant home and is nothing but drama…..drama, drama,drama,,,
