I’m not sure if it’s my family thing but when my kids were babies I learned to add baby oatmeal or baby rice (flakes) in the last feeding (bottle) before bed, milk or formula or breast milk alone at that age is not heavy enough. The idea was to make them full and they will sleep better. I would do bath time then the bottle. Love your videos, Being parents is the most challenging feat but the most rewarding ❤

Yeah she gets oatmeal with milk and banana. We even increased her portion... but still exactly around 5am she wakes up. But fortunately she now falls asleep again after some time

Please give your husband my regards for him to have a fast recovery. Also, you don’t have to worry that you were not fixed up at the end of the video. However, you may need to be more firm with her and begin setting limits. Remember her crying because you set limits or speak firmly to her will not harm her. If she does not learn to.listen when warned by her parents, she could have a serious accident. You are excellent parents, but if you do not take care of your health, both mentally and physically, how will you take car e of Fanta in the future? Set limits and get the sleep you desperately need. I would tell my sons its sleep time and if they cried, I left them in the crib while playing music to soothe them back to sleep. I would sometimes lay down in their room holding their hand, but they had to stay in their bed. Eventually, they learned to sleep through the night. Best wishes for your success!

Jungu, so sorry to hear about your accident & that you needed surgery! Aisha, I know how hard & stressful it must have been with your husband in the hospital for a few days, leaving you to hold down the fort! Glad Jungu is back home and I can see how happy & excited he is to be home. I hope he gets lots of rest and that he will recover quickly! Can you leave the hospitals in Korea with the patient (for lunch, etc) and then return? What is their policy? In the US, I don't think (as far as I know) that it's allowed! Your dog adores Fanta!!! That's wonderful that they have that bond. Oh my, I always say it's the dumb little things that mess us up like falling, tripping, sitting, getting up, slipping. Our dear friend, I will pray for complete healing for you! I'm so sorry that you have to go through that. Remember that it takes time for paint to dry on the wall. It will take time for your body to completely heal, so please be patient with it. A physical therapist once told me that after I had a shoulder operation and felt like it would never heal. It took about a year for total healing. Hugs to you all!!!!
