Mike always seemed to control the situation. Frank seemed to to always have that "Whatever " look, but was the more personable with the sellers . Frank was the man .RIP Frank.

@Jacob6853 this guy clearly doesn't understand what a picker is and he definitely doesn't know how to make a profit. They also fail to realize that the seller is the one who finalizes the deal by agreeing to the price put out.
