I was on board a Malaysia Airlines flight at Kuala Lumpur airport in 2015. As the plane moved towards the runway to prepare for take-off , a fellow passenger and I got talking about how few of us there were on board. I decided it was best not to mention to her about what happened to MH370... 😆

When I'm reminded of this story it always takes me back to that other Malaysian flight (MH17). A guy living close to me actually posted a picture of the MH17 plane right before take-off. It had the caption "if it disappears .... this is what it looks like" referring to what happened with MH370. Few hours later his plane was shot out of the sky. This picture will forever be the last picture he posted. Still can't believe it.

@@basically_bia these are really just isolated incidents. A plane gone missing, a plane shot down and a plane that skitted off the railway. Airline disasters like this make a lot of press but travelling by air in general is much more safer.

New evidence has showed MH370 was in a holding pattern for 20-25 minutes prior to making that southbound heading. This puts it in a different area that hasn’t been searched as extensively. I think they should continue to have a small search team dedicated to find this plane! It’s very likely it’s broken into a billion pieces. But we need to find the FDR and CVR to find out what actually happened. In my opinion though, it was an intentional move made by the captain. Very few people on board were able to fly that plane. So the most likely person is the captain or first officer.
@d.n.3652
@d.n.3652 Жыл бұрын
And another thing about aviation is that holding patterns are uncommon and ATC doesn’t really give them. And for ATC to give a hold for 20-25 seems odd. Although not impossible, it can still happen.

I doubt the captain was the type of person to do something like that. They also concluded that he is innocent.

Even if the black boxes are recovered, it’s unclear how much useful data will even be left after 9+ years at the bottom of the Indian Ocean. All the circuitry could be completely corroded to the point where there’s almost no salvageable data.
@armadillolover99
@armadillolover99 8 ай бұрын
Also even if undamaged, the CVR could have nothing on it but dead air because to my knowledge it only saves the last 2 hours of flight time, by which point everyone on the plane could’ve already been dead or unconscious.

The captain was very fond of flying, he even has a simulator at home, the federal police also found no evidence of financial problems or mental depression, it was either a hijack or his co-pilot was involved.

Here’s my theory. From what I’ve heard, it was one of the Pilot’s last flights, and so the turns were above his hometown, saying his final goodbyes. After that, he did what was listed in the video. He’d tell the passengers that they were taking another way because of a storm. After flying in a straight line, he then landed the plane safely in the water to avoid a majority of parts falling off. The plane would then sink without any major damages, and the remains would break upon impact with the bottom of the ocean but wouldn’t float up.

Can you imagine the fear and terror that would go through your body nose diving in a plane knowing you’re going to die and there’s nothing you can do to stop it and no one to save you. Dying with people you’ve never met and more than likely in a ocean or on land you’ve never been to before. Rotting down to bone and cloth possibly before anyone finds you or maybe no one ever finds you.

The captain is almost certainly the culprit. We can't say definitively that he did it, but based on the investigation into the passengers and crew, the captain and first officer were the only ones on board with the requisite knowledge and experience to make the plane "disappear" the way that it did. The FO was about to get married and had no red flags at all. The captain, on the other hand, had the flight simulator with a sim flight ending in the Indian Ocean, and the connection to the politician who had just been sentenced to prison the day of the flight. It's hardly a smoking gun, but if not him, then who?

It’s so creepy if the passengers and crew passed out, and the plane continued on auto pilot for 5 hours before it eventually ran out of fuel.
@venus_envy
@venus_envy 2 жыл бұрын
I think it's creepier to imagine the passengers awake for the five hours, having felt the plane banking in the wrong direction, seeing no land before them, seeing the compass on the screen in front of them show they're heading south (if it worked still, probably the screens would be down). If they knew they were headed south and flying over the ocean, then basically you know you are going to die. There's no where to go and you know the plane would run out of fuel. Terrifying to spend the last few hours of your life helpless like that, and being afraid if it'll hurt when you crash, if you'll drown or die some other way. I hope they were all unconscious for the whole of those 5 hours, because the alternative is just tragic.

the most suitable answer I can give is that something would have happened to both of the Pilots and any one of the crew members would have a volunteer to steer the plan and mistakenly shut down the radar system and didn't know where he was going. in order to avoid crash, he would have just flown over the sea and when the fuel ran out it automatically sank

My money is on the hypoxia thing. The erratic, sharp turns definitely give the impression of a hijack, but if this were the case, then the aim of the attempt would be to safely land somewhere or deliberately crash the plane into land, not just drive off south into the Indian Ocean to then unceremoniously nosedive after the fuel ran out.

I can only guess how terrified all of those people on board were. Realizing they were not going to their destination and there was nothing at all they could do about it. The oceans are so vast and so much of them are untouched, that this plane full of people may never be found. I do hope all of those souls can rest in peace.

I doubt they ever knew until they realised they overshot the flight time. I Guess it will be odd for them to not feel the plane doing a 180 degree turn, but maybe many didn’t notice at first.

Not bad @Soul what info you have given about the Maldivian people seems that it might indicate that the MH370 might have been seen by the people and they might have seen the some of the lightest parts of the craft Although even if the plane had crashed in the Indian Ocean it should have spreader some oil on the surface but it might have been seen by the people after so many days and the oil might have got evaporated due to the sunlight or this might be a simple case of crash due to a storm in the sea. That’s it from my end
@sumamurali2474

@Soul hmmm that is very strange. Although there are slight chances of the plane getting hijacked because the radio transmissions got turned off or the plane’s computer might have got hacked and might of turned off the radio transmission but the crew members didn’t even realise it

@@volfgankamei5348 I believe the plane was taken out. U'd do best to believe me when I say that we live in a world where the people kept incharge of it will go so far as to take out a whole plane full of passengers just to take out maybe one or two the actual individuals they need to get rid off.

@@sumamurali2474 but dude if the plane crashed in the Indian Ocean there will be no oil spill because most probably at that time the oil/fuel of the plane would be finished.

11:04 Another video I've seen about the same topic concluded that the Boeing 777 was carrying about 11 metric tons of cargo, and according to the flight manifest, a shipment of lithium-ion batteries. Since those were flammable hazards, it may have been thought that a fire may have broken out by those lithium-ion batteries.
