I've been heavily inspired by both you and Aph. I was late to watching diaries and fell in love with the series, I fell in love with minecraft storytelling in general back in 2015. I'm in the middle of writing my own roleplay and I'm glad that I can watch videos like yours that inspire people with a passion to keep going. Aphmau might've stopped Diaries but I will never stop loving roleplays and the way people can tell so much. Love you Izumi!

Aphmau inspired me to storytell in general, her series is what got me into the fantasy genre and worldbuilding and filmmaking as a whole, and I have no idea where I'd be if it wasn't for Minecraft Diaries. When these kinds of things happen, instead of mourning what once was, we should be glad it happened and instead strive to create our own amazing things: Minecraft roleplay or not.

Aphmau is the reason I started writing And I’m not even upset about the season being canceled but I wonder if she ever revealed where the season was going. Also it must be hard as a creator to not finish a story, because I know it would be for me

I know! I think she will announce MyStreet's return this vidcon BC she said that on this year's vidcon she will give us a teaser video of something she and Jason worked on. It's probably MyStreet and Mcd? Well I doubt it will be Mcd. I don't know how she plans on continuing Mcd (an animated series maybe lol?) I think like a book or maybe even like a bunch of drawings with a narrator in the back

I love Minecraft diaries it was my childhood from 5th grade. I loved the adventure and stories of all the character. She's the reason why I do storytelling now, I'm not a big fan of he newer stuff but I still watch her older stuff like her mod mod world, MCD, and mystreet. Honestly I love to see this community come to talk about MCD it's been years since I have. I would love to see who/what everyone liked in this series and what they didn't like. I personally liked Laurance, Zane, Garroth, and Zoey.

EVERYTHING YOU SAID WERE MY EXACT THOUGHTS!! I've been seeing a lot of people talk about aphmou but this video made me feel like i'm not the only that thinks the way I do about aphmou. This video was great!! Even though I am in an on and off relationship with my mcrp writting journey I still love it. when ever i get that ich to tell a story it comes from the inspiration I get from smaller mcrp channels and the og's. Anways This was such a great video I loved it!!

I watched MC Diaries from the start and I love all the seasons, i wish it could continue but i understand that the work Aphmau and everyone else puts into the series can be exhausting so i am grateful for what we have been given :) I love rewatching them as i grow up watching MC Diaries and Mystreet :)

I think maybe my street needed to be the for front of the channel in order to put things in place for diaries if it ever returns. keep in mind I didn't watch season 3 of diaries but I assume Ein isn't in it right? putting the lore into the universe to set up new story telling might be necessary. Additionally I think she should continue with the remake of diaries bc I think its more of the story SHE wanted to tell but didnt have the tools at the time. It answers questions that never where addressed in the first season and gives more character to the villagers. like its being acknowledged why garroth is so punctual compaired to others bc he was the son of a lord. no one questioned where he came from or questioned anything like they did in the rebirth

I love all the roplaying series. Aphmau was the best KZbinr when I was younger. I’m 19 now and nobody can produce the quality that she did. The turn she took with her roleplays aren’t the best anymore. I feel like she should bring back her old roleplays because she started a new one and ahhhhhhh… but it’s like anime. Actually her stuff for me was better than anime…, I cried when she left and came back with roleplaying mini games 😕 all I’m saying is I miss the old aphmau and I hope someday something clicked and each one gets a better ending

Minecraft diaries inspired me so much as a preteen I enjoy what it sparked in me so much. I think the end of season 2 was a good ending point. I do agree with you 100% and I like to think of the end of season 2 as the true ending and headcannon the rest or leave it be

I got to diares after I got to mystreet,I gotta say I it was so refreshing and funny,but also dark and sinister. I used to watch it during lookdown,it helped me alot,but then season three shock me too. I kinda hate that she always hints at it(like in mystreet,or in her newer videos) the remake felt,cold and kinda felt like we were just observing her. Why did she bring out episodes,if she didn´t even finish those? Now that we also finally get an end for mystreet,it feels weird that she finally hears the calls of the fans(even though the animation style is not my cup of tea,ill still watch it) also I LOVEE THE FANFICTIONS WE GOT FROM THAT,IT FEELS SO GOOD TO HEAR THE VOICE OF UR FAV CHARACTER BACK IN UR HEAD(special thx to the wattpad writers i owe u my life lol)

I watched a bit of her content. But I never really got to deep into it. (I've actuelly seen more of her newer stuff than I have her old) The only minecraft roleplay channel I watch, is yours. I did come here from your ASMR channel, but I really grew to love your stories!! Espiacally internet crush!!! Love that series. It is a shame, that she seems to have dropped minecraft diaries. Aphmau inspired me so much to write my stories and try different media like how she used Minecraft to tell her stories. She's the reason I'm going to be an author and even though she doesn't make content that appeals to me now (unpopular opinion I'm not a big fan of Mystreet) MCD will still mean the world to me.

I loved all three seasons of minecraft diaries so much (I think season 2 is my favourite). I got so excited when rebirth started comong out. But then obviously it ended, and it also wasn't really what I wanted from it (I definitely agree with you there). You can clearly tell at the end of seaon 3 she was getting tired. The story was just going nowhere. She didn't know where she wanted to go with it (the same can be said for rebirth). It’s not easy to accept that something we love was left unfinished and forgotten. But now as a fan I get to turn it into what I always wanted it to be. I get to write the ending (and rewrite the whole thing because let’s be honest there are some serious plot holes in there). It's so much fun engaging with the community and making our own content

Minecraft dairies season 2 and 3 are my fav mostly because season 2 had the story start to kick in and season 3 was finally doing something with Travis and the fact that he was enki and matpats voice acting was also what made me like the season more and I was disappointed that it was left unfinished

Although I love all of her series and the way that she likes to tell the story I believe that when she made the last episode of mcd over 6 years ago she never gave us a proper conclusion which is the same with my street because the last episodes is when angels fall Aaron reborn part 3 we never got to know what happens to Aaron after he went blind and got on the boat with Mellisa it just ended. Although I would have loved if she had given us a proper ending I will always love her series and her story telling .❤

Not only skyline rem has the first point of view of the storytelling there is also one youtuber who only has one series that has lasted more than 4 years today namely remnant arc has 3 seasons 300 episodes made by the old youtuber Thestorypainter I really like the merging of the story from just fnaf parody into a movie like fast and furious I hope you see this comment because I also like your series and I want to be able to express my gratitude that minecraft roleplay will not die until today LONG LIVE MINECRAFT ROLEPLAY

Even if that does happen though as I said in the video I don’t think it would ever be the same and I don’t think it would pan out telling the story that I fell in love with. I would love to see if/where she could take it but I don’t think it would be “Minecraft Diaries” I feel like it would be something totally different.

I agree on most of the things u said altho for the Rebirth part Im not so sure. I think u gave premature commentaries about it since u didn't watch all of it. This is just my guess but I think Rebirth's story was supposed to be about The Rise Of the Dying Pheonix Drop but also the Development of the Timid/Naive/Innocent/Stoic Aphmau. Like the Aphmau the we watch in Rebirth is her baby stage and at the end of that we would have the Aphmau similarly to MCD S1. Idec if she doesn't use Minecraft as the meduim for her story of MCD. If she ever gets back on that story, I'm ok whatever form it will take like Manga, Comic, Manhwa, Novel, etc.
